In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
The easiest way to do this is with our courier partners Hermes, who will be able to collect the parcel from you - or, if more convenient, there is also a Parcel shop or Locker Drop off available. There is a charge of £4.99 for these services that can be arranged online by visiting https://www.myhermes.co.uk/return and choose Garden Gear from the most popular brands.
Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return along with your returnâ€™s authorisation number and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your customer account number/sales order number.
Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange, or we will issue an immediate refund. We do not refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you do not pay any postage for the replacement.
We do not offer a free returns service.
