In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the goods to us in mint, resaleable condition, within 30 days of receipt.
The easiest way to do this is to use a pre-paid CollectPlus returns label for just £1.75, which you add to your order in the checkout (simply tick the box above the "Go to Secure Checkout" button in your shopping basket).
The CollectPlus returns service enables you to drop your return off at one of 5,500 local shops around the country. To find your local CollectPlus drop off point, visit www.collectplus.co.uk.
Alternatively you can return your item to us via the Royal Mail Postal Service, at your own cost.
If you have purchased a CollectPlus returns label when placing your order, simply complete your returns slip, attach the returns label to your packaging, drop your parcel off at your nearest CollectPlus store and then sit back and wait for your refund/exchange.
Please ensure a completed returns form or covering letter stating the reason for the return and the action you would like us to take. This must include your full name, address including postcode and your customer account number/sales order number.
Once the parcel is received back into our warehouse, we will process an exchange or we will issue an immediate refund. We don't refund the original post and packaging charge (unless the item arrives damaged/faulty) but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don't pay any postage for the replacement.
This is a faster tracked service but is limited to items with dimensions under 50cm x 30cm x 30cm (cabin baggage size). To find your nearest CollectPlus drop off point and to download a label, visit www.collectplus.co.uk/cliffordjames.
You can still use the Post Office to return items to us, but remember the pre-paid CollectPlus label will not be accepted.
Take your parcel to the Post Office and request the standard parcel delivery service (remember to take out additional insurance if the contents of your items exceed £6). We do not offer a free returns service.
